| 摘 要： | 针对舆论环境在社会纠纷解决机制中的重要作用,总结大众传媒在社会纠纷报道中存在的失＂语＂、失＂实＂、失＂度＂、失＂衡＂、失＂情＂、失＂理＂等六大误区,并从报道原则和报道方法两个层面提出社会纠纷报道的改进策略。

| Abstract: | In view of the important role public opinion environment plays in the resolution mechanism of social disputes,a summary was made of six problems in information,truthfulness,depth,impartiality, humanism,rationality and so on in the reports on social disputes by mass media.Accordingly,improvement strategies are proposed in terms of reporting principles and reporting methods. |
