| 摘 要： | 针对工科院校新闻专业师资队伍的现实情况和存在不足、分析师资队伍建设面临的新形势,提出应该从加大经费投入、优化发展环境、做好学科定位、优化师资结构、树立科研导向、提高实践能力等六个方面努力建设一支应用创新型的师资队伍,提升工科院校新闻教育质量。

| Abstract: | In view of the realitv and problems of journalism teacher teams in engineering colleges,analyses were made of the new situation that teacher team construction is lacing.It is proposed that an applied and innovative teacher team can be constructed to improve the quality of journalism education in engineering colleges through six channels：by increasing funds,optimizing development environment,establishing discipline orientation,optimizing teacher team structure,establishing research orientation and improving practical ability. |
