| 摘 要： | 大学生能力培养是现代社会的客观要求,是素质教育的集中体现。然而在各自能力的培养上有很多学生感到无所适从,不知道什么是能力培养的核心,到底应如何培养自己的能力。大学生的模糊认识,使在能力培养过程中随之出现了盲目、盲从、同一、功利、空想等种种误区,误导了学生的全面、健康发展。

| Abstract: | Developing university students' ability is the objective demand of modern society,and the concentrated expression of quality-oriented education.However,in their own ability development,many students don't know what is the center of ability development,and how their own ability should be cultivated.Consequently,some misconceptions have appeared in the process of ability development.These mainly include blindness,group psychology,identity,fame-and-wealth orientation,and daydreaming.The misconceptions will mislead university studetns' all-round and healthy development. |
