| 摘 要： | 信息技术日新月异，多媒体技术、通讯技术、网络技术等已渗透到教育的各个方面，转变着教育教学的观念、方式与手段。网络教学是教育信息化不断发展、创新的必然产物，也是数字化校园建设的重要组成部分，而教育资源建设则是网络教学的基础。掌握各种教育资源的特点，充分利用网络载体，构建一个智能的、松耦合性的教育资源平台，是网络教学成败的关键。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology,the multimedia technology,communication technology and network technology have penetrated into all aspects of education,which gradually changes the educational idea,mode and method.Network education is the product of the development and innovation of education informationlization,and it is also an important part from the construction of digital campus.Education resource construction is the basis for network construction.Hence,to grasp various characteristics of education resources,to use network carriers fully and to construct an intelligent and loosely coupled education resource platform are the key to network education. |
