| 摘 要： | 负责清理创造社出版部的郁达夫,成绩斐然,却仍被其他同人指责为“怠工”。原因就是早在创造社方向转换时期,他同人们的价值趋向逐渐出现分歧,而对出版部工作重心的认识也各有不同,坚持个性的郁达夫成了社团内部矛盾冲突的牺牲品。

| Abstract: | Mr Yu Dafu made great improvements while he was held responsible for the publishing sector of the CZS.Nevertheless,he was accused of a "slow-down" in his managerial work.Based on an in-depth inquiry into the issue,this paper illustrates that such a claim is by no means justified.It concludes that Mr Yu Dafu has been victimized to the conflicting values of the different business partners during the transitional period of the institution. |
