| Abstract: | Chinese ethic ideas have centered around the debate over righteousness and benefit.In the infancy of socialism it is of great significance to develop socialist market economy,promote the harmonious social development and hold to and advocate the socialist righteousness benefit view so as to put the national and people's interest first but respect the personal legal benefits at the same time. |
