| 摘 要： | 独立学院已成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但其建设发展问题仍需进一步探索。其中,针对独立学院普遍存在的人才培养目标定位的不合理现象,文章从人才培养目标的要素构成分析入手,结合独立学院人才培养目标定位普遍存在的问题,提出独立学院确定人才培养目标时需遵循的原则,并重点分析了独立学院人才培养目标的具体构成和内容,提炼出独立学院人才培养目标的一般性定义。

| Abstract: | Independent college has become an important component of China’s higher education,and the development of independent college needs further exploration.According to the existing unreasonable position and universal problems of personnel training,this article started with constitute elements of personnel training objectives,put forward several principles which independent college should follow,emphasized the concrete objectives and content of personnel training,then abstracted the general definition of personnel training objective of independent college. |
