| 摘 要： | 私营经济的存在和发展 ,是中国社会主义市场经济发展的需要 ,并成为中国经济发展和社会稳定的极为重要的因素。为私营经济继续发展创造一个公平竞争的法律环境 ,十分必要。包括 :确立“法律面前各市场主体一律平等”的立法原则 ;对不同经济成分所有制企业统一立法 ;提高规范化管理水平及加强执法力度等。
