合作:信息时代高校图书馆员与教师关系的发展方向

摘    要:针对网络信息环境下高校图书馆员作用与职责的变化,提出馆员与教师发展合作关系可以实现双赢价值。从教学/教育、信息服务、科研和文献资源建设四个方面对我校教师与馆员的互动交流的程度,馆员对教师的影响和作用进行了调查分析。结果表明,虽然教师和馆员互动合作的比率较低,但馆员对教师的积极影响和作用却是显著的。据此建议,在发展与教师的合作关系中,馆员应有更大的作为。

Abstract:The changing roles of academic librarians in the networked information age challenge librarians to develop partnership with the teaching staff, which can create win-win values. A survey has been conducted to explore the interaction between academic librarians and the teaching staff at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and the impact and roles of librarians' contributions can be seen in the following four areas: teaching/instruction, information services, research and document data. The results show that librarians have a positive impact and considerable roles on the teaching staff, though there is a low interactive rating between them. Based on these, the new expanded roles are identified for librarians to enhance the teaching staff-librarian collaboration.
