| 摘 要： | 水资源的可持续利用能否实现,已经成为我国社会经济可持续发展的重要问题。本文分析了水价对于水资源优化配置的杠杆作用,探讨了水价的构成要素与制定原则,利用水价与需水量的供求关系模型,对天津市进行了实例分析和预测,旨在为合理确定用水价格提供决策支持。 |

| Abstract: | Whether sustainable utilization of water resources could be realized or not is very important to our social and economic sustainable development. In order to provide decision support for reasonable water pricing, this paper analyzes the water price leverage for the optimal arrangement of water resource, discusses the constituents and principles of water pricing, and forecasts the water price by water supply and demand model with the case study of Tianjin. |
