论青年腐败的心理成因及有效防范

青年腐败是我国特定社会历史条件下的产物。它的产生有着深刻的社会政治、经济、文化、心理等方面的原因。文章从心理学的角度分析了“自我意识”的畸形发展、个性心理发展的有待成熟 ,以及法律、道德观念相对淡薄、“原我”的缺乏制约的释放、变形的心理预期、朝夕相随的消极心理环境等青年腐败的心理成因。并以此分析为基础 ,提出了强化法制和道德教育、建构社会预警机制、改革现行的监督机制、进一步完善人事管理制度、优化社会环境等有效防范青年腐败的措施。

On the psychological cause of youth's corruption and effective ways of prevention

Youth's corruption is the result of the specially designated society and historical conditions of our country. When talking about its causes of formation, society, politics, economy, culture and psychology will be all evolved. From the psychological point of view , the article analyses the youth's corruption causes of formation, such as the freaky development of self-awareness, individual mentality development to be matured, weakened concept of law and ethics and the release of"original I"without restriction , deformed mentality expectation and negative psychological mentality environment, etc. On the basis of the analysis, the article puts forward some measures on how to prevent young people from theyouth's corruption, such as the reinforcement of education in law and ethics, construction of a society warning system, reforms in actual supervise mechanism, perfection of personnel management systems and optimization of the social environment,etc.
