| 摘 要： | 对于影响我国公共政策调整的重大事件,不同的新闻媒体有不同的报道。而用来解决社会公共问题的公共政策只有通过大众媒体公开在阳光下,才能为受众所了解、参与、监督,从而得以有效实施并取得预期效果。在关于"非典"事件、"孙志刚"事件和温家宝总理为农民工讨薪事件、关于减免农业税等涉及公共政策调整的重大事件中,我国的新闻媒体纷纷进行了不同的报道。为此,从中选出几家媒体对影响公共政策调整的报道进行比较研究,寻找出共性问题和个性问题,从而引导媒体在影响公共政策调整的新闻报道中更好地发挥各自的作用。

| Abstract: | Different media has different reports on important events affecting China's public policy adjustment. Only by mass media's exposure under the sun can public policy be understood,participated and supervised by the mass. Among the many events reported by China's media such as SARS abruption,"Sun Zhi-gang"event,Premier Wen demanding pay for farmer-workers,and the de-rating of agricultural tax,several are selected for a comparative study with the conclusion that the mass media may play an important role in the news reports affecting China's public policy adjustment. |
