我国中小学教师继续教育的进程和新的使命

摘    要:我国中小学教师继续教育的进程可分为四个阶段 :第一阶段 ,以教材教法“过关”为目标 ;第二阶段 ,以学历补偿为重点 ;第三阶段 ,学历培训和非学历培训交织进行且重点逐渐后移 ;第四阶段 ,以提高全体教师的整体素质为根本目的。实施中小学教师继续教育 ,是全面推进素质教育的重要保证和迫切要求。我国教师继续教育已进入全面展开、逐步提升的新阶段

Abstract:The course of Chinese continual education for the primary and middle school teachers can be divided into four periods. The first period aims at the passage of the exams in textbooks and methodology. The second period emphasizes the compensation for certificates. The third period is interwoven with the training for certificates and not for certificates and gradually moves on the latter. The fourth period is characterized by the essential purpose of improving the whole teachers' overall qualities. It is the key guarantee and the urgent demand of advancing quality education completely. Chinese teachers continual education steps into a new stage of overall development and gradual promotion.
