| 摘 要： | 在对藏施政的实践中,南京国民政府形成了"从宗教上以推动政治"的政策思路。国民政府以资助汉僧游学西藏为发端,衍生出资助汉僧考取格西,加强对汉僧的管理等政策。这些政策的实施在沟通汉藏文化,改善汉藏关系,消除隔阂方面发挥了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | in the process of dealing with Tibetan affairs,Nangjing national government had formed the policy of improving politics based on religion.National government began with donating the Han monks to study in the Tibetan monasteries,created the policies of aiding Han monks to gain Gexi degree and strengthened the administration of Han monks.They had played an active role in communicating Han-Tibetan culture,improving Han-Tibetan relation and removing the misunderstanding. |
