| 摘 要： | 回族宴席曲产生于元代,是婚庆喜宴或者在人群欢聚场所演唱的家曲小调,因一般在宴席上演唱,故又称"菜曲儿"。它是在西北回族中流行的最古老最典型的民间歌舞,是盛开在祖国文艺百花苑中的一朵鲜丽的奇葩。本文就门源回族宴席曲的传承特征、曲体结构、节奏和旋律形态等,进行多层次、多角度的解析,展现门源回族宴席曲的音乐文化特征。

| Abstract: | Hui banquet tune,derived from the Yuan dynasty,is also called "Cai Qu ev" which is a kind of popular tune and always played in the wedding feast or welcoming meeting spot.And the kind of songs may be the oldest and most typical in Northwest Huis.The paper analyzes its inheriting characteristics,tune body structure,rhythm and melodic structure,thereby showing the musical cultural characteristics of Hui banquet tune in Men Yuan. |
