网络与阶层的双重区隔——内地优才在港融入网络的差异

1990年代以来经济的纵深转型导致香港发展所需人才严重不足,政府逐步推出人才引进计划,内地优才为了实现其香港梦,源源不断赴港工作。本研究发现,内地优才在融入香港生活过程中出现了双重区隔的状况:首先,内地优才有选择性地融入不同的网络,情感化的大陆圈子与工具化的本地网络二者区隔开来,这是文化惯习使然,亦是内地优才维持个人优势的潜在条件;其次,内地优才处于职业阶层的中上层,在客观位置上与主观阶层品味上都区分于其他内地新移民及香港本地底层;这二者交叉互动,使内地优才成为孤立的群体,难以建立对香港的归属感和认同感。文末,笔者认为进一步加快两地社会经济的融合是解决双重区隔问题的根本前提。
