特色栏目：增强高校社科学报竞争力的关键

高校社科学报目前普遍存在＂全、散、小、弱＂的办刊特点,学报质量有待提高。打造特色栏目,是提高学报质量、提升学术品位、增强竞争力的有效途径。本文首先论证了打造特色栏目是提高高校社科学报核心竞争力的关键要素,其次阐述了特色栏目的策划和设置应遵循的基本原则,最后指出了在特色栏目建设中应注意的问题。

Featured Columns: Key to Competitiveness Enhancement of University Journals of Social Sciences

At present,four characteristics lie in the journals of social sciences in institutes of higher education： complete types,wide spread,small scale,weak competitiveness,which leads to lower quality of academic journals.In the paper,the author argues that establishing featured columns is an effective way to improve the quality and to enhance the competitiveness of journals of social sciences.It also verifies the key element for enhancing the competitiveness of social science journals,the principles and strategies for establishing featured columns,and the matters needed to be paid attention to in the establishing process of it.
