| 摘 要： | 资源是经济发展的基本因素,环境是人类赖以生存的基本条件。在实现石油资源开发、生态环境保护与经济协调发展的过程中,必须依靠科技进步优化产业结构,深化体制改革,转变经营模式,树立可持续的发展观,处理好资源开发与环境保护的关系。
