| 摘 要： | 边区非物质文化遗产在都市化背景下,出现了横向边区聚落和纵向代际生成的文化现象,有必要对其进行横向与纵向一体化的研究,而地方性高等院校是非物质文化遗产保护工程中连接政府机构与社会力量的桥梁,它承担着四重任务:记录、保存、文化创新与经济转化。

| Abstract: | Under the background of citilization, the non - material cultural heritage in border area presented the horizontal settling culture and vertical over - gap culture. It is necessary for us to research its horizontal vertical integration. Locally - administered institutions of higher learning is a bridge that links the government apparatus with the social force. It shoulders four responsibilities: recording, preserving, blazing new trails in culture and economic changing. |
