| 摘 要： | 技术转移并辅之以当地的技术积累是发展中国家经济增长的必要条件。通过分析开放经济条件下国际技术转移的发展趋势 ,以及国际技术转移对发展中国家的影响 ,提出发展中国家参与国际技术转移的策略 ,它包括拓宽国际技术转移渠道 ,重视组织变迁在国际技术转移中的地位 ,降低参与国际技术转移的交易成本。最终提高参与国际技术转移的收益。

| Abstract: | It is necessary for developing countries' economic growth to absorb international transferring technology and strengthen local technology accumulation. This article analyses the situation of international technology transfer and its impact on developing countries,then puts forward its strategy including widening international technology transfer corridor, emphasis on organizational evolution and decrease transaction cost. |
