| 摘 要： | 人力资本的风险,包括经济性风险和非经济性风险。人力资本在形成、交易、使用和退出的全过程中,都面临着不同程度和不同形式的风险。在实践中应给予人力资本所有者充分的风险报酬,以激励人力资本所有者努力工作,以此为中介,降低企业的风险。

| Abstract: | The risk of manpower capital includes the economic risk and non-economic risk. Manpower capital is always faced with the risk in different forms and at different level during the course of forming, transaction, utilization and putting-out. The manpower capital owner should be paid abundant risk remuneration in practice, thus to encourage the owner to work hard and to reduce or dissolve the risk of the enterprise. |
