项目导向型企业的组织机制研究

摘    要:项目导向型企业组织机制建立的目的在于使企业能够以工业化的效率去满足个性化的需求,它对企业在变化、创新时代竞争力的增强有着十分重要的意义。对项目导向型企业组织机制中存在的常见问题进行了剖析,特别揭示了矩阵式组织方式中的角色误区。在此基础上,对企业部门与项目组、项目组与项目组成员之间的关系进行了设计,提出了以流程为载体、以角色为基础、以绩效评价为驱动力的项目导向型企业的组织机制。

Abstract:The organizational mechanism of project-oriented companies is to satisfy individual customer's requirements with industrial efficiency.The mechanism is playing an increasingly important role in enhancing firm competitiveness in an ever changing and innovative business environment.This paper examines the common organizational problems with the organizational mechanism of project-oriented companies,focusing especially on the misunderstandings about the conflicts in matrix organizations.The paper then rethinks the relationships between departments and project teams,project teams and their members.We put forth an organization mechanism embodied by its process,based on the tasks and the roles and driven by the performance appraisal system.
