| 摘 要： | 院校研究是把现代管理科学和高等教育科学的研究成果,应用于高等学校管理,旨在提高高等学校管理水平,推动高等学校建设与发展的一项实践性很强的研究工作与一个专门的研究领域。院校研究产生于20世纪60年代的美国,在我国才刚刚起步。当前,我国开展院校研究应借鉴其他国家的研究成果,突出高校特色建设研究。

| Abstract: | Institutional research is applying m od ern management science and research achievement of higher education science to m anagement of colleges and universities so as to improve management levels. It is also a kind strong practical research work and a special research area to promo te the construction and development of colleges and universities. Institution re search appears in America in 1960s, and it is still in the initial stage in Chi na. Currently, institutional research in our country should pay attention to the research achievements of other countries as and use them for reference so as t o focus on characteristic construction of colleges and universities. |
