| 摘 要： | 我国的外语教育,尤其是英语教育,在取得巨大成就的同时,也存在着缺陷和不足,有些问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注.英语教育中存在的弊端,根源在于我国英语教育政策和规划缺乏系统性和连贯性,相关职能部门存在着一定的盲目性和随意性.在制定英语教育规划时,应充分考虑到影响规划的诸如政府力量、语言定位、语言观念等因素,通过采取加强立法、正确定位、构建和谐语言生活以及开放英语学习等有效措施,从根本上解决规划中存在的问题,从而保证我国英语教育健康发展.
