| 摘 要： | 加快民营经济发展,核心是全面贯彻公平竞争的原则,保护民营企业的竞争权。本文旨在对保护民营企业竞争权的保护问题进行探讨,分析民营企业发展所面临的法律政策环境,尤其是民营企业发展竞争中所面临的市场准入、融资、税费和权益保障等问题,并提出解决问题的思路。

| Abstract: | Competition is the most important momentum for market development. Fair competition environ- ment offers the fundamental protection for the private enterprises in market competition. Therefore a total pratice of fair competition and protection of competition right make it possible foe a quick development of the private enterprises. The paper analysizes the current legal and policy environment for the private enterprises, by focusing on the problems, such asmarket entrance permission, financial resource, tax and right protection. A proposal is made in the paper on the solutions to the problemes. |
