| 摘 要： | 中国自20世纪80年代实施“出口导向”战略以来，该战略在增进贸易福利、拉动经济增长、出口创汇和提高国内就业率等方面，虽然做出了一定成就，但不如期望的那样大。而且在出口高速增长的背后，我们也为此付出了较大代价。因此，必须对这一战略进行反思，并做出必要的调整。

| Abstract: | Since it was implemented in the increase of trade surplus, economic growth rate. However, its contribution can not be of export. Therefore, we should reflect on 980s, the export-oriented strategy has contributed a lot to the , the earning of foreign currencies and the rise of employment overestimated. We have paid a high price for the rapid increase the strategy and make adjustments when necessary. |
