| 摘 要： | 民事案件执行难问题一直以来是我国诉讼学界和实际部门面临的一大难题.加拿大在执行方面的规定和做法值得我们思考和借鉴.加拿大执行制度的基本内容和特点是具有系列的执行关系法以保证法院判决得以顺利执行.我国现行强制执行制度存在一定的问题,而组建债务人资信网络体系、增设财产发现程序、扩大破产适用范围、设立藐视法庭制度和判决重新登记制度等一系列全新的立法,是我国解决民事案件执行难问题的法律保障.

| Abstract: | In recent years, we have been researching how to solve the enforcement problem. We think that some enforcement regulations and methods of Canada are worth our using for reference. This article introduces basic content and characteristics of enforcement system of Canada. We suggest that enforcement legislation should add some procedures such as examination in aid of enforcement and committal for contempt. |
