特殊教育发展探析

摘    要:目前,我国特殊教育发展的格局是以大量的特教班和随班就读为主体、以一定数量的特殊教育学校为骨干。在这种大的格局下,近年来特殊教育发展中存在着一些不可忽视和亟待解决的问题,如思想观念问题、特教师资队伍存在严重的质量与数量上的不足、特教法规亟待完善等。对其反思并探讨其对策及解决问题的办法是很有必要的。

Abstract:Nowadays,a large number of special education classes and the teaching mode of studying in the class have been considered as the main body of the pattern of special education in China,and various special education schools as the backbone.However,under this condition,recent years in special education,there have been some serious problems needing to be solved in time,such as conception problem on special education,inadequacy of special education teachers in quantity and quality,and further improvement of special education regulations,and so on.Hence,it's very necessary to analyze the ways to solve the problems.
