| 摘 要： | 技术转移是发展中国家实施跨越式发展和实现现代化的重要途径之一;技术转移会导致文化摩擦,其理论前提是技术与文化的关系,其理论基础是技术与文化的普遍性与特殊性;技术转移又是不平衡的,其中,技术器物超前转移,技术制度和技术意识形态则滞后转移并产生文化摩擦;同时实施文化变革与技术民族化,这是消除文化摩擦,振兴民族工业的对策.根据这些理论可以具体研究西部开发中的技术转移与文化摩擦问题.
