| 摘 要： | 普通高校体育教学的工作条件决定着体育教学质量的效能,并起着保持体育教师工作积极性、维持工作状态的作用。对普通高校体育教学工作条件的现状作出了分析,并提出了相关的具有可操作性的建议,以期对高校体育教学工作有所裨益。

| Abstract: | P.E. teaching conditions in colleges and universities determine P.E. teaching quality, P.E. teachers' working positivity and working state. The article analyzes the status quo of P.E. teaching conditions in Colleges and universities, and puts forward correlative countermeasures so as to improve P.E.teaching. |
