新时期高校维修工程管理问题的初步探讨

随着高校办学规模的逐步扩大,原有的校舍在某些方面也就很难满足新时期的办学要求,所以需要对原有的校舍进行维修改造,随着维修改造的工程量的增加,维修工程管理工作的难度也进一步加大,文章针对高校在基建维修工程管理过程中存在的一些问题进行具体分析,探索强化基建维修工程管理有效途径,提高维修工程质量,为高校实现又好又快发展创造条件。

A Tentative Study on College Maintenance Project Management in the New Era

With the gradual expansion of university scale,the original school buildings are difficult to meet the requirements for running the universities of the new period in some aspects,so the need for maintenance and reconstruction of the existing school premises is urgent.Moreover,the amount of maintenance and reconstruction projects is increasing year by year,so is the difficulty in doing this.This paper focuses on the main problems existing in the process of the maintenance and reconstruction of school buildings.Through the detailed analysis of those problems,the author explores an effective way to improve the quality of management of infrastructure maintenance so as to create conditions for the university’s good and fast development.
