| Abstract: | At present,the causes of infringements of the rights of college students are mainly: the legislative deficiency,the concept of culture and education,the legal system and right awareness being not strong.Thus we should protect the rights of college students from the ideology,legal protection,system construction,self quality,autonomous organization,publicity education etc. |
