| Abstract: | The prevail and perfection of the imperial examination system in Ming Dynasty aroused the social enthusiasm and interest of reading on one hand;and on the other hand brought adverse effects to reading and studying as well as to the academic and cultural development.Under the dual influence above,innumerable extraordinary reader who studied not for fame or fortune but for the sage and virtual appeared. |
