| 摘 要： | ERP系统是提高企业信息化水平的重要途径,能够提高企业的核心竞争能力.对出版这样的特殊行业来说,一般意义上的ERP很难满足企业的需要.文章结合实际案例,针对出版行业的特点,对出版行业ERP应用中的诸如成本管理、单品管理等难点问题进行了分析与探讨.
