| Abstract: | Hu Jingtao＇s report delivered at the 17th Party Congress brings up a series new thinking,new viewpoint and new measures to promote the Party constrution in an all - round way by the innovational spirit of reform , carries out the significant headway of the ruling Party＇s theoretical construction of Marxism. Acting in the spirit of the 17th Party Congress must take the concept of scientific development as the guide,take vigorous action to expand the Party construction in colleges and universities in order to provide the strong guarantee for harmonious campus consturction and talent cultivation. |
