| 摘 要： | 文章讨论了高校图书馆文化品位的内涵和功能并指出其核心是尊重人、理解人，以人为中心创设条件，保证人的全面而自由的发展，实现高校图书馆服务功能、育人功能的完美结合。为此，高校图书馆应丰富馆藏文献资源，建设优良的馆内外环境、提供优质高效服务、提升管理水平和提高图书馆员素质等，以保证文化品位核心的实现。
