| 摘 要： | 科学发展观作为一种新的发展范式是针对当代经济社会发展过程中出现的一系列重大问题而提出的,它是一种创新的发展理念,逐步成为统领社会科学中发展理论研究的新纲领和指导社会发展实践的新范式。从发展问题着手,系统阐述了科学发展观的理论特征,分析了它的内在合理性。
