| Abstract: | From the independent colleges of Shaanxi Province to the present generation, gets the great results, and occupies an important position in higher education in Shaanxi Province higher education. It＇s an important problem to Shaanxi Province the independent colleges, how can sustainable development by the environment changing. It need the harmonious development of achieve scale, quality respecting the law of their objective, precise positioning, structure and benefits, it must be based on the actual, outstanding characteristics. Shaanxi Province the independent colleges well be an important position in the higher education system by developing and carrying out sci- ence strategy. |
