辛亥革命中秦陇复汉军政府对民族问题的处理

辛亥革命中，陕西省成立了秦陇复汉军政府。军政府在实践上扩大了民族主义的范围，不但要处理国内的民族问题，也要处理对外的民族问题。对外，军政府突出了“保护外人”的政策，但是没能把它与反对外来侵略作区分。对内，反对满洲贵族的特权，却又没突出国内各民族平等的宣传。这表现了资产阶级革命派理论辩证思维的缺乏，难以科学地解决革命中遇到的内外民族问题。

Shaanxi Military Government Deal with Problems of Nationalism in Revolution of 1911

In the Revolution of 1911, Shaanxi military government extended nationalism in practice, not only dealing with the domestic problems of nationalism but also the foreign. To the foreign, the military government emphasized ＂protecting the foreign＂ but failed to distinguish anti -aggression from that while to the domestic,the government advocated of anti- privileged revolution against Manchu Nobility but failed in outstanding the equality among the domestic nations. That tells the bourgeois revolutionaries lacked of dialectical thinking, which led to difficulty to deal with the domestic and the foreign problems of nationalism well in the Revolution.
