| 摘 要： | 为了本国经济的健康发展,哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯斯坦和吉尔吉斯斯坦三国在外资经营活动的监督与管理上,通过立法手段使之纳入促进本国民族经济发展的轨道,各国监管的程度是由严厉逐渐向宽松迈进,体现了经济自由化的趋势。

| Abstract: | By longitudinal and crosswise comparison method,this article conduct the comparison research on Kazakhstan,Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan's stipulation about Supervising and managing foreign capital management,has analyzed the foreign capital management supervising and managing characteristic on the three countries,and pointed out for one country economy healthy development,essential supervising and managing was indispensable.But the various countries' supervising and managing degree was actually from severe to loosely gradually,which has manifested the economical liberalization tendency. |
