| 摘 要： | 构建农民增收的长效机制就是在引导和促进农村生产力发展、提高农业生产效率、改善农村基础设施等基础上,多途径、多方式地来增加农民收入,并使之制度化。而新农村建设的目标是:农村生产力发展、农民生活水平提高、农村基础设施改善等,农民增收长效机制的构建与新农村建设是相辅相成的。

| Abstract: | A long-term mechanism to increase farmers' income can be established through multiple ways by guiding and promoting the countryside productive forces,enhancing the agricultural production efficiency,and improving the infrastructure and so on.These steps are consistent with the goal of new countryside construction,namely,to develop the countryside productive forces,enhance farmers' living standard,and improve infrastructure in the countryside. |
