| 摘 要： | 农村专业技术协会人力资本团队在新农村建设中发挥着重要的作用。文章利用湖北省荆州市、松滋市、潜江市、宜昌市及襄樊市的5 个市（县）176 户农户的调查数据，基于Probit 模型对农村专业技术协会人力资本团队形成的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明:农村专业技术协会人力资本团队对年轻人的吸引力大，但对文化程度高的吸引力小；家庭平均收入高、农村专业技术协会的技术服务与其家庭主导农产品相一致的农户更愿意参加农村专业技术协会人力资本团队。因此，农村专业技术协会人力资本团队有必要进一步加强团队建设并促进当地主导产业的
