| 摘 要： | 管理哲学发展至今已有二十余年的历史。本文在对管理哲学内涵进行简要阐述的基础上 ,着重探讨了管理哲学思想在企业管理中的一些运用实践问题 ,如建立企业文化、设计企业组织运行机制等 ,以使现代企业及其管理者充分认识到管理哲学在企业管理中所起的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The management philosophy has a history of over twenty years. This article, based on a brief discussion of the connotation of the management philosophy, focuses on its practical use in industries, including the establishment of industrial culture and the plan of the organization scheme, so as to familiarize the modern industries as well as their management with the importance of the said philosophy. |
