摘    要:高校教师的专业品质、专业知识和专业能力在高校学科建设中处于核心战略地位,教师专业发展的需求应紧紧围绕高校的学科定位和学科发展的需要。因此,可以通过高校教师专业发展的四个策略,即学术管理策略、外部激励策略、内部激励策略与强势"载体"策略,达到高校学科建设与教师专业发展协调统一、相互促进的双赢局面。

Abstract:The professional quality,knowledge and ability of teachers are core factors in the discipline construction of higher institutions.The need of teachers' professional development should fit with the demand of higher institutions' discipline position and development.By constructing discipline teams and promoting teachers' professional development,this paper puts forward four tactics of teachers' professional development in higher institutions,namely the tactics of academic management,exterior stimulation,inner stimulation,and "strong carrier";to attain win-win goal of discipline construction and teachers' professional development.
