广东中小企业人力资源培训模式研究

摘    要:企业培训模式是企业在人力资源开发与管理工作中形成的一套固定、规范、系统化的工作方式。通过对广东中小企业培训工作现状中存在问题的分析,说明只有在更新培训理念,加强培训管理等方面加以重视,才能建立具有本企业特色的有效的人力资源培训模式,为企业培育出高素质,具有核心竞争力的优秀人力资源。
