| 摘 要： | 在美国的电视产业中，辛迪加的作法非常普遍。电视节目辛迪加是一个节目分销系统，辛迪加节目中最具代表性的就是美国电视剧。很多电视剧都要播到四季以上，这样可以获得更多的利润。分析美剧辛迪加现象，探讨媒体产业的经济学问题。
