| 摘 要： | 民主集中制是党的根本组织制度和领导制度 ,是党的事业不断取得胜利的基本保证 ,只有正确认识民主集中制的丰富内涵 ,努力实践和运用民主集中制原则 ,才能不断加强党的建设 ,改善党的领导。集体领导是民主集中制原则的精髓 ;发挥好“班长”作用是坚持民主集中制原则的关键 ;发挥班子整体合力是坚持民主集中制原则的重要保证 ;充分发扬民主是坚持民主集中制原则的前提和基础 ;批评和自我批评是坚持民主集中制原则的有效方法 ;会议决定是坚持民主集中制原则科学决策的必经程序 ;调查研究是坚持民主集中制原则的有效途径

| Abstract: | Democratic centralism is the fundamental organization system and governance system.It is also essential assurance for the communist course to make the successive victory.Only if people study the richest connotation of democratic centralism and apply it to the practice,the Communist Party can be continuously strengthed and governance can be improved.Centralized governance is the essence principle of democratic centralism.The key point is to exert the influence of "monitor".To exert the influence of integrated force is the most important guarantee for carrying out the principle of democratic centralism;Making full use of demoncration is the foundation and premiss.Practice of criticism and self critisim is the effective method.Decided by committee is the indispensable programme to make scientific stragedy for carrying out demoncratic contralism.Making research is efficient to carry out democratic centralism. |
