国际主义与中国外交

爱国主义与国际主义相结合是中国对外关系的基本原则之一。然而建国后相当长的一段时间里这一原则并未得到很好的贯彻,表现为对国际主义强调过多,对国家利益重视不够。“文革”时期国际主义甚至取代其他原则而成为中国外交的最高准则。改革开放后,国际主义在中国外交中被逐渐淡化,对国际主义的认识要与时俱进。国际主义精神在中国外交中应继续发扬光大。

Internationalism and China's Diplomacy

The integration of patriotism and internationalism is one of the basic principles of China's diplomacy.But this principle was not carried out well after the foundation of the People's Republic of China.The example was that internationalism was emphasized too much and national interests were not regarded enough.During Cultural Revolution,internationalism instead of other principles became the uppermost principle.Internationalism is becoming less important gradually after reform and opening up.We should keep pace with the times to understand internationalism.The spirit of internationalism should be carried forward in China's diplomacy.
