The Combination of Functions of Trade Union and Party Organization in Enterprise——Exploring a New Model of Reform

The integrated operational model of party organization and managerial department in enterprise has played an important role in the development of Chinese modernized industrial system. However,under the increasingly tough market competition,such integrative operational model is getting more and more difficult to adapt to the development of market economy. Therefore,it should be an audacious innovation to combine the functions of party organization and trade union in enterprise in order to explore a way to reform with the significance of institutional innovation.
