| 摘 要： | 在南京东路街道社区的"社区建设"活动中,特定的居民结构、建筑结构和组织结构分别作为时间因素、空间因素和人的因素,发挥着构筑社区公共空间的作用.在上述因素的合力作用下,居民委员会的传统角色正在发生转换,国家与社会的关系也正在发生着微妙的变化,这种变化预示着社区有可能成长为"后单位时期"新型的社会组织空间.

| Abstract: | By way of the community construction of East-Nanjing-Road district, we can see that the specific residential structure, building structure and organization structure, respectively as the factors of time, space and persons, are playing a part in constructing the public space of the community. Under the joint action of the above factors, the role of traditional neighborhood committees is changing. Also the relation between the state and the society is subtly changing. All these foretell the possibility of the community's being a new kind of social space in the period of post-united organization. |
